Handling and modifying shapes

Shape Properties
Ctrl+Shift+S

Displays a dialog box where you can edit many of the shape's properties like it's height/width, margins etc. You need to have at least one shape selected (lines are not supported for now) for this to work. If you select multiple shapes, the properties for the super-selected shape will appear in the dialog box, but changing any value will change all the shapes selected. If you want to get the total with of a cluster of shapes together, you should group those shapes and then invoke this macro. Anything you change will be applied to the group shape and not individual shapes inside.

Properties
Same as Visio's "Protection" dialog, except much easier to access and edit.

Auto Position
Putting a value here modifies the alignment you'll get when using any of the "Juxtapose" and "Serial Juxtapose" macros. It will leave a gap between the shapes equal to the number you specify here.

Transform into Master
Ctrl+Shift+M

This does several things for you: it puts the shape/group of shapes selected in the Document Stencil (thus creating a master) and drops of copy of that master at the exact location where your original shapes where on the active page. It also put the PinX and PinY (center of rotation) of the master instance to the top right, so that if you change the size of the shapes in the master every instance will resize in the expected way (towards the right and bottom).

TTo edit the original master, just double-click on any of it's copies in your document and WorkFlow will open the edit window for you.

Deselect All

Deselects everything. Similar to the Esc key, but customizable.

Insert Annotation
Alt+Shift+A

When one or more shapes are selected, this command will put an annotation bullet next to each one (numbered according to how many other annotations are on the page already) and create a comment text area at the place you've specified on the page (through the placement of Comment Guides - see "Insert Comment Guides" command below for details.

Insert Question
Alt+Shift+Q

Same as above - except the bullets are red and the title for the comments is "Questions".

Clean-up Comments

Scans the page for all comments (annotations & questions). It thens adds/deletes the comment titles as needed, reorders all the comments based on their number (very handy after changingseveral comment numbers on a page) and aligns everything with your Comment Guides so it looks nice and tidy

Surround with Comment Box

Surrounds the shape(s) selected with an orange box. Useful in conjuction with "Insert Annotation" and "Insert Question" since it makes it clearer which which shapes/zone the comment describes.

Insert Comment Guides

Inserts 3 "comment guides" on the active page if they do not already exist. These are like normal guides but are orange and used by WorkFlow to know where your annotations or questions should be place on the page.

Sitemap: Add Child

When a sitemap "Page Shape" is selected, adds a copy of that shape directly beneath it (offset to convey parent - child relationship) and connects it.

Also attempts to renumber the shape according to the child relationship (1.5 -> 1.5.1).

Sitemap: Add Sibling

When a sitemap "Page Shape" is selected, adds a copy of that shape directly beneath it and connects it to the parent of the original shape.

Also attempts to renumber the shape according to the sibling relationship (1.5 -> 1.6).
