Options
Dialog box wich allows you to adjust WorkFlow's settings. Changes you make here are done immediately after you click OK to dismiss the dialog window.
Improved Copy/Paste
Overrides Visio's default copy/paste behavior with an improved, WorkFlow-style version. It preserves the position of your shapes when copy/pasting between different pages and will replace the selected shape (if there is one) with the one in the clipboard, aligning the new shape with the top-right corner of the replaced shape.
Keep document stencil clean
This prevents Visio from polluting your document stencil with copies of your masters whenever you drop one on a page. If you do not use WorkFlow's "Transform into Master" functionality you should disable this.
Keyboard Shortcuts
Dialog box with which you can customize many of Visio and all of WorkFlow's default keyboard shortcuts with your own. Just select the name of the command you want to change and type the new key combination in the text field to the right. WorkFlow recognizes many different ways of typing keys - for example all of these are valid and mean the same thing:
- Control + Alt + Shift + W
- ctrl + ALT + sHiFt + W
- ctrl alt w shift
As you type, WorkFlow will let you whether that key combination is valid or not. If the combination is not understood or invalid, the border will stay blue-grey. If it is valid but already taken by another command, the border will become red. Finally, if it is valid and available, the border will switch to green.
